Simon Austin is a Songwriter and Producer/ Mixer based in Toronto, Canada who specializes in Indie Rock/Pop Punk and Alternative music.

He began to write and record his own songs in 2009, and attended Seneca College for music production in 2015. He was the founding member of the band Incase We Crash whose songs have received millions of streams and charted on iTunes. He has been active in the world of songwriting and audio engineering for the last ten years, with his approach revolving around the tried-and-true motto that "the song comes first". 

 
Since beginning his journey in the music industry he's amassed over 6,500,000 streams worldwide and received radio play across Canada and Australia on his credited works. He's also had the opportunity to work with Juno-nominated artists, and engineered live sessions for America's Got Talent. 

He currently works out of Metrolab Recordings, a 1000sq ft professionally built facility in downtown Toronto near Dundas West Station. The studio is equipped with a spacious live room, vocal iso booth and dedicated control room, all to flexibly cater to an artist's music production needs.
